Cawleys continue digital investment with r2c Online

Waste management specialists Cawleys have signed a contract with r2c Online as part of their digital investment to receive a range of leading solutions for optimised fleet and workshop management.

Their move to online compliance management follows a period of rapid business growth for Cawleys, with heavy investment put into their four depots, 88-strong specialist vehicle fleet and in-house workshop.

Phil Gudgeon, Director of Waste Collection & Logistics at Cawleys, explained, “With r2c Online, everything is transparent. Our staff can work collaboratively with real-time changes and you know exactly where you are with compliance. What sets r2c apart is the quality of both the product and the service; the platform is easy to use and the service is both friendly and professional, so you know you’re in safe hands.”

Established in 1947, Cawleys is a now a forward-thinking, third-generation family business committed to using leading technology to provide efficient resource management solutions. r2c’s digital platform will allow them to scrap paper-based admin, with ‘i2i’ for automated SMR authorisation, ‘Inspect’ for optimised workshop data entry and ‘Exemplar’ for best practice compliance management.

Phil continued, “We certainly won’t miss paper-based admin as we’re very much enjoying entering the world of digital compliance. Using the platform enables us to manage our time better, with proactive maintenance and efficient cost control – so watch this space!”

Nick Walls, Managing Director at r2c Online, commented, “We’re really pleased to be working with Phil and the team at Cawleys. Using the full suite of r2c solutions will provide them with a complete toolkit for an efficient fleet and workshop, so we’re very much looking forward to hearing about the benefits they find. Cawleys are a business going from strength to strength in the waste sector and we’re glad to be a part of their digital transition.”
